What we collect
We collect only what a specific feature needs to work.
- If you join the waitlist — the phone number or email address you give us, so we can tell you when coverage reaches your area.
- If you are an agent using our WhatsApp tools — your WhatsApp number, your agency name, and the property details and photographs you send us, so we can produce the brochure and listing page you asked for.
- Basic technical information that any website receives when a page is requested, such as the browser and approximate region, used to keep the service running.
How we use it
To provide the feature you asked for, to contact you about it, and to understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our agent tools operate over the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages you send us are processed to produce the brochure or listing page you requested. Message delivery is handled by Meta under its own terms, and their handling of that data is governed by Meta’s privacy policy.
Automated processing
Property details and photographs sent to our agent tools are processed by third-party AI models in order to extract listing information. Content is sent for that purpose only, and is not used by us to train models.
How long we keep it
Waitlist contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them. Listing pages and the images behind them are published for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Records of agent registrations and usage are kept while the account is active.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to operate the product — hosting, storage, messaging and AI processing — and where the law requires it. A buyer’s contact details are shared with an agent only when the buyer has asked us to make that introduction.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@zillia.ai. If you receive WhatsApp messages from us and no longer want them, reply STOP.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
